Return condition
All items delivered by us are carefully packed before shipment. If we do not receive any communication from you regarding problems with the items within 7 days of delivery, you will be deemed to have received the items in perfect condition with no problems.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You should then promptly return the item with all packaging and documentation for evaluation/inspection.
We will only authorize the return of an item in the following cases:
Damaged during shipping.
If items are damaged during shipping, you should notify us within 14 days so that we may be able to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is not available, the price paid for the items will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the items. Shipping charges will also be refunded if the damage is due to our packaging and / or carrier.
Customer should not return damaged items until requested to do so by Anvex, as they may need to be inspected by the courier company. If you suspect that your order has been damaged in transit, Anvex will require photographs of this damage to be used as evidence for claims.
Wrong item
If you receive items that do not match what you ordered, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange pickup and return.
Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than those listed above, we must be notified in writing of the return and the reason for the return within 14 days of receipt of the item. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging so that it is immediately suitable for resale. A restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price will be charged for returns of this type.
Costs
The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.
