Fehlerbeschreibung:
Zur Prüfung der Haltebremse wurde gemäß Pinbelegung eine 24-VDC-Versorgung an den Bremsanschlüssen (Pin 3 = B+, Pin 4 = B−) angelegt. Die Bremse ließ sich nicht lösen, auch bei Erhöhung der Strombegrenzung blieb sie ohne Funktion. Anschließend wurde der Widerstand zwischen Pin 3 und Pin 4 gemessen. Im 200-Ω-Messbereich zeigte das Multimeter keinen Durchgang (OL), was auf eine Unterbrechung der Bremsspule bzw. der internen Zuleitung hindeutet. Da laut Typenschild eine 24-VDC-Haltebremse (2,2 Nm) verbaut ist und zum Lösen der Bremse keine weiteren Motoranschlüsse erforderlich sind, wird die Haltebremse als defekt bewertet.

Fault description:
To test the holding brake, a 24 VDC supply was applied to the brake terminals (pin 3 = B+, pin 4 = B−) according to the pin assignment. The brake could not be released, and it remained inoperative even after increasing the current limit. The resistance between pin 3 and pin 4 was then measured. In the 200 Ω range, the multimeter showed no continuity (OL), indicating an open circuit in the brake coil or its internal wiring. Since the nameplate specifies a 24 VDC holding brake (2.2 Nm) and no additional motor connections are required to release the brake, the holding brake is considered defective.
